REGIONAL PRICING POLICY
We are grouping countries into three separate price regions. Region 1 prices are according to the list shown aside. Region 2 prices come with a default 30% discount (maintenance and subscriptions excluded). Pricing policy for special countries is determined by the local dealer.
- Region 1: USA, Canada, most Northern European countries, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Israel, UAE, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia
- Region 2: remaining countries
- Special Countries: Spain, Portugal, Romania.

RELEASE AND UPDATE POLICY
During each year, on a quarterly basis, 4 main updates of the program are released. They are identified by the following patterns “XX.0.0”, “XX.1.0”, “XX.2.0” and “XX.3.0”, where the string “XX” indicates the major version and the indexes “0”, “1”, “2” and “3” the corresponding quarter. For each of them, further intermediate updates (e.g. “XX.1.1”, “XX.1.2” etc.) may also be released.
The eligibility for upgrade is guaranteed for all the versions released within the quarter in which the maintenance expires. For example, if a maintenance contract expires on 25/04, the user will still be eligible for all the updates of the “XX.1….” series.
